Oak Meadow is located off of Fairmont Blvd. close to the Yorba Linda Country Club and Golf Course. This home is licensed by the state of California as a care provider for up to 4 seniors. Services include 3 meals daily and snacks, housekeeping and laundry service. Care is provided based on the needs of each person, and those requiring assistance with day to day living activities including dressing, grooming, and bathing are welcome.
