Description
Port Viejo is one of several of the Harbor Care Homes locations throughout the south Orange County area. At each home, caregivers are trained to assist patients living with a variety of age related challenges, and residents with a history of stroke, falls, or who have cognitive impairments or ambulation challenges can be accommodated.
