Town & Country Manor is a non-profit Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) located in Santa Ana, north of the 55 freeway. Town & Country offers Retirement Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Skilled Nursing on one campus. As a Christian senior living community, faith values are part of everyday life. The mission at Town & Country is to meet the physical, spiritual, and social needs of each resident. Services include meals, assistance with daily living activities, and chapel services.
